- Can we start with one location?
- Yes. Most customers begin with a single branch, then expand modules and locations as operations mature.
- How does AI use our data?
- AI agents operate within your business context to produce recommendations and assistance. Access follows your existing permission model.
- Do you replace our POS and CRM?
- Busal is designed as the operating system—POS, CRM, inventory, kitchen, and customer portal work together natively.
- How do subscriptions work?
- Plans are monthly after a one-time implementation. Enterprise terms are available for multi-entity groups.
